The Battalion XO

Hey, I'm Cadet Major Cristian Rodriguez. As the Battalion XO, I'm the second in command. If the Battalion Commander is unavailable, then I step in and take charge. My primary job is to oversee the Battalion Staff and ensure that they complete their assignments. I am a liaison between the Battalion Staff and the Battalion Commander. When a staff member is finish with an assignment I will review for errors and see if it can be improved. Afterwards, I will send it to the Battalion Commander for approval.
