The Battalion S-3
Hello, I am Cadet Sergeant Major Mathew Mongiello. As the Battalion S-3, I am responsible for planning and executing upcoming events and activities. I keep a record of everything we do on file through operations orders. After every event, I conduct an After-Action-Review to analyze positive and negative components as well as what can be done to improve it next time.
